Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy , which forms an integral part of your booking agreement.

4. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

5. Responsibility

Nectar India Tour™ is not liable for events outside its control, such as weather, delays, or government rules.

6. Conduct

Respectful behavior towards guides, staff, and communities is expected. Services may be withdrawn in case of misconduct.
