Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation terms, applicable charges, and refund procedures for bookings made with Nectar India Tour™.
1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the contact details shared at the time of booking. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your request.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are applicable as per the number of days before the tour start date:
- More than 60 days: 10% of total tour cost
- 45 – 60 days: 30% of total tour cost
- 30 – 44 days: 50% of total tour cost
- 15 – 29 days: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days: 100% (No refund)
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are governed by third-party suppliers and may be non-refundable, including flight tickets, train tickets, safaris, hotel advances, and special event arrangements.
4. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 30 working days from cancellation confirmation and are credited to the original payment method.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to report on the tour start date without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or political unrest—refunds or future credits may be offered after deducting unrecoverable costs.
7. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, delays, and unforeseen events.
